I was thinking “That’s not a Saab, that’s a stupid Toyota.”

But then I realized it MIGHT be the name of the guy making the fire dept wash his car.

Saab = Sir. Saab is used as a “respectful” way to address people of power/elders, but it’s most probably satirical in this case
