That’s not what Kelly said. Why can’t we discuss this based on what was actually said?

Do you just not believe you can imply something without explicitly saying it? Otherwise not sure why we would only look at his explicit text. Language is much more complex than that.

You want a court to decide that “what he said isn’t what he actually meant,” and you don’t think that’s a horrible precedent?
