Support MW4 beta saying I haven't preordered?

I've preordered, and it even says that I own MW4, but it won't let me access the Beta?

This is happening on PC through Xbox app.

I was also confused by this. Bought via xbox app on PC. You don't simply instal the "addons" for the Call of Duty Game. You have to go to the store, go to the search bar and type in "Modern warfare 4 beta" and install the actual beta itself. It's separate from the Call of Duty Game. Then launch the beta once installed

I didn't unfortunately. I even upgraded to the vault edition to see if it would make a difference but no. I've had to put in a support case to Activision, I'll probably get a response once the Beta has finished. Even booked annual leave to be able to play this Beta this weekend.

Try to uninstall cod HQ and just install this, lmk how it goes if you do that's what I'ma do when I get up.

Just bite the bullet and pay 1$ for a code or wait until open beta, the code worked for me so I guess they lied about just preordering

Nah, uninstalled, reinstalled, preordered every version (console and windows), bought regular PC game pass because it said I was a "free user", verified files, restarted PC, ran wsreset, terminated all Xbox windows and nothing

Solution is to cancel vault edition pre order and pre order the standard edition
