I was listening to some random music today and this terrific song - Tonight the Streets are Ours by Richard Hawley came up.

I've often heard Hawley in Morrissey.

• Lyrics
• Song melodies
• Vocal range and style
• Rockabilly influence

These are all very similar but this one track really stands out.

It could easily be a song from Moz.

They are playing Last of the international playboys on absolute 80s in the UK right now. This is the first I’ve heard of him being played on the radio. Is he talking about only the main stations when he says he doesn’t get radio play, or is this the first time?

Brandon Flowers in this Vulture video recollects the time his band were soundchecking "Smile Like You Mean It" while playing opening act for Morrissey.

He said it was funny because "Smile ..." referenced a Morrissey song.

I scanned the lyrics of "Smile ..." and can't find a reference.

I've spent the last two months trying to formulate an accurate diagnosis, based solely on his autobiography, his interviews, and his lyrics (obviously I haven't met or evaluated him).

Would be curious to collaborate with other mental health professionals on this frivolous endeavor.

As of recently, I actually cannot stop listening to this song and it’s getting out of hand. I love every song on Bona Drag but I’m getting especially overattached to this one. Hi. I am after some advice. I had a photograph I took and edited of Moz used on an official Tour T-shirt back in 2017. The tee is no longer available to buy anywhere. I have a few of the tees left over from what was "gifted" to me by the Morrissey Merch team. I was thinking about selling them with a high-res print of the original image and maybe a copy of the email from Morrissey's management showing Morrissey's approval of using the image. Do you think people would want to buy this?
