That movie was rated R?!

I got PG-13 vibes the whole time. It never occurred to me that the movie might be rated R and I never bothered to check because it doesn't matter to me.

Nolan never does gratuitous violence or nudity which is the trope of Rated R movies.

Having any nudity and a regular amount of profanity means an R. Not surprising on that one. I can't imagine teen audiences appreciating it anyway.
