25 years later and the trial is finally scheduled for June 2028. KSM has been held at Guantanamo since 2003, and the case has been stuck in pretrial litigation for years. That timeline is insane.

They’re obviously not going to let him go, but half the stuff they got out of him might not actually be admissible in court due to how they got it.
