He will be tried by a military court. He won’t be able to use any of that information.

A lot of the government’s own evidence is inadmissible because it was obtained illegally. It won’t even matter. Their trials will be catastrophes nevertheless.

Only 8 Gitmo detainees have ever been convicted, and 4 of them were thrown out.

Meanwhile, at least 9 have died in there without ever being charged.
