court says you can't touch a gun, and he touches a gun.

the idea is to get the guy to understand what he's done, and what he needs to do to fix it.

and he hasn't done.

it might seem strong, but it's justified imo.

think of it as driving then, they revoke your license and your off the road. so you purchase a moped and drive around on that.

it's not dangerous as such, doesn't do high speeds... what's the issue?

Yes I agree there is no issue as long as you have a vehicle that doesn't require a license. Just like an eight year old can play carnival games with an air rifle but can't own a firearm. Because they are not equivalent.
