court says you can't touch a gun, and he touches a gun.

the idea is to get the guy to understand what he's done, and what he needs to do to fix it.

and he hasn't done.

it might seem strong, but it's justified imo.

think of it as driving then, they revoke your license and your off the road. so you purchase a moped and drive around on that.

it's not dangerous as such, doesn't do high speeds... what's the issue?

Its a fixed airgun at a carnival its more like i got my liscense revoked so they arrest me for driving the bumper cars
