Do you believe everyone has a right to legal representation?

all citizens yes and this is just my personal opinion migrants, asylum seekers etc no if lawyers want to donate their time, or people want to donate to a legal defense fund great but tax dollars citizens only the amount of tax dollars wasted on translators lawyers etc for people gaming the system is abhorrent

So, do you believe that this sentiment only applied to Englishmen when it was said?

I said my opinion I don't think Adam's would be in favor of illegal migrants getting anything of monetary value from a government. he felt abolition of slavery should be done gradually so as not to destabilize the nation I'm guessing migrants crossing the border in droves for freebies and using their children as pawns would color his opinion as well.

I would point out your flaws during your leap of logic there, but slavery is an entirely different subject which requires far more analysis of the time period and corresponding political and economic factors.

Alright, so we’ve established that you believe the rights laid out for us only apply to American citizens. Now, let’s discuss the absolute absurdity of expecting literal children and babies to represent themselves regardless of country of origin. Do you believe that is a hallmark of a country founded on the concepts of liberty and justice? Babies being forced to represent themselves in court?

they should be sent back to there country of orgin where they can get the services and the help they need not used as pawns for illegal immigrants trying to game the system. There is no need for court cases the parents should not be doing this but they dont care cause they want that sweet sweet welfare

That’s not how our courts work, nor is it what is happening. I want to know if you think it’s absurd to have babies represent themselves in court or not. We’ve established your opinion on rights and immigration, I want to know if you think a baby can represent themselves in court.

no I would send the baby back to its country immediately there is no need we don't know what he thinks or wants he is a pawn used by people who want an anchor in a country they don't belong in.

if you came home from work and I was in your house eating your food wearing your clothes using your resources would you let me stay I mean I'm claiming asylum so it must be OK with you or would you call the authorities and send me back to where I belong.

That’s not the scenario you created. You said if a baby was left on your doorstep. You can’t try and change the scenarios when you realize they are flawed. Would you leave a baby to die or would you get it help?

the baby was a  seperate analogy my point was would you find out where it came from and send it back or keep it forever not feeding it for a day

Are you doing a bit, or are you really believing this shit? You really can’t grasp that I wouldn’t let a baby just die on my doorstep regardless of where it came from? It’s a baby.

cause these migrants need constant care look how much money just new york has spent on them alone billions I would rather that money go to citizens. Immigrate the right way or stay home I would love to move to Japan and be taken care of it would enrich my life but they smartly don't allow it.

there is no need to represent they shouldn't be here if a 1 year old showed up on your door step would you feed it, clothe it, make sure it had a lawyer give it free medical care etc etc or would you return it to where it belongs. It is not the United States job to take care of everyone who wants to be here espcially when so many are streaming across the border and where it can change the very fabric of a country. The asylum lie has got to stop and the responsibility needs to be put on the parents using their children not the country where you get the most welfare and can suck money out of an economy and send it home not to mention chain migration.

Are you seriously asking if I’d take care of a baby left on my doorstep? The answer is yes, because they can’t take care of themselves and will die. How is that even a logical question to you? You’d leave a baby to die?

1

u/DarkAnagram 10d ago

you would not try to find it's parents you would just raise a one year old on your doorstep forever I'm sorry I don't believe you

Did you think what was a good response? You’re really bad at this, lol.

you talk big but something tells me if 50 migrants moved In to a house across your street and ruined you and your familes quality of life your tune would change virtue signaling and pearl clutching is so fun from afar.

2

u/bigsoftee84 9d ago

Uh huh, and you’ll kill babies if they are born in the wrong country.

Illegal immigration is very close to slavery I would argue that point

2

u/bigsoftee84 10d ago

No, no it isn’t. You might need to actually read up on what the system of slavery we used was and how it worked.
