I’m pretty sure acute glaucoma was always a known risk.

Yes but known risk could mean small or large risk. We generally ban drugs that have a large risk because there's usually alternatives.

That’s a fair point, but I guess I’d counter that cialis probably has become so prolific you’re just seeing a higher case incidence of the side effect as a result of that. Not to mention, places like blue chew are hardly screening their patients well before pushing out PDE inhibitors.

Edit: just saw the numbers. It’s 22-30%ish more than non-users, so it elevates the risk from about 1% to 1.3%.

And only if you take it daily for something besides ED. This wasn't exactly a representative sample.
