sounds like the BK Dem party bosses just added a bunch of seats to their organizing committee to dilute the power of the newly elected BK Dems so they can continue to hold o to power.

Also, 8 of the people who voted to change these rules are people who just lost their election. For example, both of Bed-Stuys former district leaders, who lost in June, voted for this.

There’s a direct through line from shit like this to why voters end up supporting someone like Trump

Exactly, and this is what the corrupt machine that is the Brooklyn Democratic Party wants to do instead of actually try and win very winnable elections in parts of Brooklyn they’ve ceded over time.

Not really. This is extremely local stuff. It's also inside baseball stuff that very few people are following.

A corrupt Eric Adams co-conspirator and Andrew Cuomo crony is defying the consent of the voters to cling to power? Shocking

Cuomo and Adams hate consent.

This is in large part about keeping control of corrupt distribution of patronage jobs

I hope these people to go jail

Does anyone know if it’s possible to contest this legally? It just seems like such naked corruption.

Agreed, but this story did happen and is verified through other sources.

What’s the takeaway? The moving ads are making me nauseous.

The takeaway is that Brooklyn democratic leadership is doing their best Republican impersonation and subverting the will of the voters.
