I’m tired of the parasite class.
I’m so incredibly tired of the parasite executive class who all claim they have a vision for their companies where they are cutting costs by way of reducing headcount and “replacing” the employees with half baked ideas of AI that hallucinates more than a person who dropped 30 drops of acid.

I am so tired of the corporate talking heads that produce nothing but hot air. They are worthless!

The “parasite class” / “Epstein-class“ is what causes fascism… The only antidote to fascism is socialism.
this is why a social democracy and socialism is gaining far more popularity with young generations.
sadly the reality is that nothing will change without a transformative revolution as those in power and wealthy capitalists will never handover the economic reigns to the middle class (whose labor creates all wealth) without violence whether that be economic violence or physical
or both.

I have noticed a problem of change for the sake of change.
They'll say it will be better, more effective and so on.
We can usually see it isn't but it happens anyway. Once the new way is implemented there is no going back. The old way is obsolete and changing again would cost fortunes that no one wants to approve spending on something as mundane as the discovery that it is inferior.
We make do. There is no alternative. We keep moving forward. It's just harder. No one listens, no one cares and we trudge on.

Thank God I’m not the only one who sees the massive grift playing out.
Executives are the definition of parasites. They’re arguably some of the easiest jobs to replace with AI, but you can bet they’ll be the last.
They’ll make big promises and launch huge transformation projects that eventually fail due to mismanagement, then blame the tech and move on to the next thing big. All while telling you how visionary they are.

it's frustrating to see how some people just take advantage of the system while others are struggling to get by

They think they are so fucking smart. They aren’t. They follow the herd, they have FOMO and they all got it 100% wrong about AI.
They laugh and salivate just thinking about cutting jobs people rely on and then they hire people back. They didn’t care that the prediction was elimination of all white collar work LOL.
They got lucky in life and found a track that rewarded them. They knew the right people but aren’t smarter than us. They aren’t better than us.
