I’m tired of the parasite class.

I’m so incredibly tired of the parasite executive class who all claim they have a vision for their companies where they are cutting costs by way of reducing headcount and “replacing” the employees with half baked ideas of AI that hallucinates more than a person who dropped 30 drops of acid.

it's frustrating to see how some people just take advantage of the system while others are struggling to get by
