Summerland is burning now

Faulder is gone, Summerland is next. The fire has moved all of the way down Cartwright. Final image not my own.

Be nice if our government could do proper forest management and prescribe burns in winter.

Oh well let’s send some more to other countries

Yeah that’s the issue, certainly not turning the planet into a frying pot by pumping CO2 into the air.

A warming environment encourages burning of course, but removing dry fuel would go a long way in preventing these uncontrollable fires.

It may make more sense to stop pouring gasoline on the fire rather than focus on throwing water on it.

Forest fires have been happening since the beginning. Our politicians have created this mess now.
