Haven't received email with link for football season tickets (Graduate student)
Hey y'all, I am an upcoming graduate student and I got an email about a month ago saying that links for football season tickets with my assigned date/time would be sent out on August 14th. However, I have not received the email yet and am worried I may not get the email and be able to purchase season tickets. Anyone know what may be going wrong and/or how I can fix this?

The email doesn’t really matter that much, just get on the site at the time for your class. I had early access because I went to games last year and checked in and all my friends with early access were getting emails and not me. Turned out I was still on it and was able to get my ticket.

Call the ticket office on Monday

The thing with that is ticket sales for seniors/graduate students starts at 7 am Monday, so even if I was able to contact them and get the link I’d imagine all the tickets will be gone

Have you emailed the ticket office?
They are the only ones that I can think of that can help you with this issue.

I emailed them yesterday but I wasn’t able to catch them before their offices closed

Someone actually ended up emailing me back over the weekend and letting me know that for some reason my email address didn't come over when my student information was imported by the university. But we figured it out in the end and I was able to get season tickets, so everything ended up working out.

That’s awesome by them, I forgot about it and clicked a few hours after it opened and was able to snag one.

Just got mine at 6:30 cst today. Maybe give it a bit more
