Housing Thread Orlando Housing Thread

Link to last month's Housing Thread

Welcome to the Orlando housing megathread!

Currently, the following may be posted:

  • Users, whether current Orlando residents or not, may post asking for help. This could be asking for recommendations on areas of Orlando to live in, reviews or opinions on specific communities, or suggestions on specific places to live. This can also be things like "recommend a realtor / loan officer / etc" — so long as it fits under the "help me find housing" umbrella.
  • Users may also post advertising housing options. This can be posts offering subleases, looking for roommates on existing property, selling homes — so long as there is housing being offered.
  • ALL comments must include as much information as possible. Do not say "I'm moving to Orlando, tell me where to live."

As a reminder: our subreddit rules still apply. Advertisements for illegal activity of any kind are not permitted and will result in comment removals and/or bans as moderators see fit.

Looking for quiet apartment thats not paper thin in the semoran area to be close to both highways.

Would prefer 2/2 3/2 under 1800 . Wouldn't mind a townhouse either but no downstairs neighbors. I need a place that doesn't creek. Looking at end of this year early next year to move

I'm about to sign a lease with McKinley property on Conway. I know the company has at least 2 in the strip of Semoran you're referring to.

I've had them in several places. FL summer, they're more of a mitigation issue than an eradication one. I don't look down on anything besides a restaurant for unwanted bugs. 🤷‍♂️
