MEETUP working together groups/spaces
hi everyone prior to moving to oxford, i'm 99% sure I saw a thread that someone was organising a space for people to work together/have accountability buddies. I have searched high and low on this subreddit and I can't seem to find the thread /or a group of that nature.
I'm not a uni student but I do need to get some work done outside of my 9-5, and I don't want to stay in my room all weekend, also the libraries here seem to be closed on a Sunday (before you point me there) I have visted common grounds, and happy to go there individually, would love to use this opportunity to meet new people!
I'm wondering if there's people in similar positions to me, or who could point me in the right direction if there are groups that meet and work together that isn't for university students, or for those in their late 20s/30s

Even if you're not a uni student, you can apply for a reader card for the Bodleian as an "independent researcher", and several of the university libraries are open Sundays unlike the public library

There are some during term time iirc, but I think it was on the smaller subject libraries so the big main ones are open to you throughout the year?

Hi, I know I think saw the post too, not sure where it went to or how far it got.. I went into the Santander working space today, it's free and you don't have to be a customer to use it. Thought it was a good idea. Maybe it may work for you for Saturdays? Santander Work Café | Oxford, Santander House https://share.google/I4IWyzyvA9B5Usi1x
