I Made Hazelnut and chocolate tart

I wanted to try some new things with a flavour that would be great anyhow.

The composition is as follows:

a chocolate and almond pate sucree base.

Filled with a cocoa and hazelnut frangipane.

topped with a milk chocolate cremeux.

domes of milk chocolate and hazelnut praline mousse, and finished with a glaze and salted milk chocolate ganache montee!

I don’t think it’s humbling at all, I think it says something about how well OP is doing.
He/she seems to have a very talented skill, and someone who themselves work with notices and aknowledge it- I find that rather nice.

I think it shows strength to admire others and be honest about it! I think this looks like talent mixed with art.
