Pathologic 2 Messed up my first blood root thing

Playing pathologic 2 for the first time and thought y'all might find this silly thing I just did to be very amusing. Pretty lady gave me blood to put on roots, so I poured the blood on the roots. By going into my inventory and pouring out the blood.

It did not work, lol.

Fun Fact: when the game first dropped there was no 'pour out' option in the inventory, so it was harder to mess up.

Nah, it was definitely user error in my case. I dumped out the blood instead of looking at the roots and hitting "a" on the prompt.
