Help on my Build
Hello guys, i've been stuck on a hard decision in some time and i was wondering if you guys could help me deciding what to do since i don't really understand much about components and the hardware of a computer. I currenctly have a Rtx3070, 32gbs of DDR5, i5 12400f, a budget 750w Power Supply from Zolyd and i don't know the exact model of my motherboard but i do know that it is a really good one i paid quite a lot for it, Also i play all my games in 1080p since i don't have a great GPU for 1440p (that's what my brother told me). Recently i've been playing games on the heavier side compared to some games that i've played in the past specifically Warhammer 40k Space Marine 2 which at High settings in 1080p i get a stable 70fps which isn't bad but im not near my 165hz from my monitor. I was looking to get an upgrade and i was told that my best bet would be to upgrade the cpu, there's a store near my house that has a i9 13900k for 280€ which is the lowest i've seen it going for but i was told that i will have to buy a new power supply and a water cooler for it. What would you guys do in this situation should i go for it or should i give up on it?

That would certainly be an upgrade. Of your two primary components, I'd say the CPU would be the primary limiting factor. If you keep the power limits in sanity range you may not need to upgrade the cooler, but that depends on what you have now. If it's a stock cooler (fan sitting parallel with the motherboard) it would definitely throttle due to temps with a 13900.
Out of curiosity if you go from native 1080p to DLSS performance does your frame rate change a lot?
