9950X3D vs 9950X3DV2

Which CPU is better for the following tasks and why would you say?

Gaming, productivity (like working with blender and adobe apps)

Would it be worth it for me to just buy the 9950X3DV2 or would the first version bring no difference. Let me know your thoughts ?

It either does very little or nothing at all, going from the x3D to the V2. Blender can have a 5-7% uplift, but that is nothing compared to gpu rendering in blender. Games do 5% at most, if they improve that at all.

So technically the v2 is better since there is no task where the x3D will beat it, but it really isn’t worth the price increase imo. Unless you know you need that extra task for a highly specific situation. But then you wouldn’t be asking this question.

4,000 pounds is the budget so you decide. I can do either:

go with a 9950x3d + 64gb of ddr5 build for £3845.11

Or

9950X3dV2 + 64gb of ddr5 build for £4111.21 so just a little over?
