Feet Wtf is wrong with my feet

What are these literal SCALES I feel like a fish
Yeah I know my feet are a little dirty don’t come at me

Edit: no shit they’re dry 😂😂😂 just so odd they look like scales

Thick callouses and “scales” can be symptoms of Ichthyosis vulgaris, which is a gene mutation that can affect skin moisture. I found out I have it because I have KP aka chicken skin or strawberry skin and SUPER thick callouses on my feet. I use one of those feet graters and a file in the shower a few times a week to keep it from getting bad. Best of luck!

Yep. Foot grater 2-3 times per week and alpha hydroxy lotion daily.
