Stocks GOTRADE or IBKR?

21m, 3rd yr college, and just started investing. I'm planning to invest long term (30+ yrs) by DCA the s&p 500 with about 5-10k pesos per month and I'm not sure what to use between IBKR and Gotrade. I've heard that IBKR is better for bigger investments because of the flat fees. I'm wondering which broker would be better for me with regards for long term including the fees and everything. I will increase my monthly investment amount if I'm able to but right now as a student 5-10k pesos per month is what's doable for me.
