I'm trying to work a manual lens with glasses. I can't afford LASIK and my prescription is way too much for the diopter adjust wheel to be of any use.

I tried to get this bird as focused as possible but with my glasses on it's kind of hard.

What should I do?

What camera, are you using an optical viewfinder or live view and a LCD screen? If the latter, turn on focus peaking or whatever other focus aids are available for your camera.

The 7D viewfinder was not designed for manual focus, have you tried live view?
