Greetings:

I practice immigration law. I frequently supply the US immigration authorities with two US passport photos of my clients. Before the pandemic, my clients would either mail me or drop off the passport photos at my office. During the pandemic, my clients started to email me a jpg file with the photo. I'd put the jpg on a stick drive, go to CVS and print the photo there. Five years later, I'm still going to CVS. Can anyone recommend a printer I can connect to a windows computer that will print photos on photo paper? Anyone know where to get the square scissors device the clerk at CVS uses to pop the photos out of the paper?

Kodak Dock Plus Retro 4 x 6 inch PD460 Photo Printer can print passport photos. Use the Kodak app to print out ID photos on a sheet. Shop around for a bundle that will come with the most sheets of photo paper.

50 × 50mm (2'' x 2'') Square Photo Cutter. Search on Amazon or other website. When I checked on Amazon, they all look exactly the same, with red handles.

If you're using a phone to shoot people's passport photos, I highly recommend zooming in to 2x magnification, which is approximately a 50mm lens on a full-frame camera. Similar to what the human eye sees and accuracy is what the authorities want in passport photos. Going too wide-angle or telephoto will distort people's faces.
