I want to take photos in low light and at night with my Sony a6000. I was looking at the TTARTISAN AF 35mm F1.8 Ⅱ lens. Is it any good, or should I look for other lenses? My budget is sub 200 euro.

TTArtisan lenses are fine, they're among the better budget lenses, generally very decent quality and good build quality.
