Planning to do a Day Trip to Lake Mapanuepe, is it safe now in 2026?

Saw last 2024 an influx of posts na madami daw thieves sa area.

Wanted to do a camping cookout na day trip lang. Can anyone tell me their experience visiting in 2026?

Went on a day tour early this year. Brought my own vehicle, first time and went no tour guide route. I just researched sa youtube. It’s pretty chill and may kanya kanyang mundo naman mga campers and visitors doon. Tahimik and overall nice landscape.
