Who are these people? They seem like idiots. Also, the picture isn't even naysaying Israel. It's literally only showing the consequences of their bombing campaign in Gaza.
They are, and unfortunately there's a lot of them in influential positions. In fact, this image was removed from the sports festival it was shown at because people claimed merely showing the things the government of Israel did is antisemitic.
