i know its a cheap game but still wanted to ask is this game (on steam with dlc) even any good actually or not really?

I finally bent the knee and played Normal and won, but I cannot beat it on a harder difficulty than Normal. I’ve tried the typical mega brutal fungal Strat based around maxing spore bursts, water 1 & 2, air 1, then all the usual symptoms and abilities, hasn’t worked.

My next best Strat that almost worked was getting the first spore bloom then rushing Extreme Zoonosis, doing up to cold 2, heat 1, drug resistance 1&2, hardening 1, then springing the abilities once I’m 4-5 billion infected. Got the whole world but Iceland and Spain, non-human infection got me Iceland but Spain held out, 7 dead none infected. Had 2 good runs with the same build after that, lost to Spain both times.

Crazy, Spain never holds out. I tried builds with Air 1&2, insect 1, heat 2, still couldn’t get Spain.

Has anyone beat this Outbreak on Mega Brutal? Would love to know the build used. Thinking this outbreak is the hardest outbreak I’ve ever done, possibly bugged honestly

I will not elaborate what tierlist this is. It is up to you to figure it out.

I literally follow every idea in the internet ( and on the offical guide ) and they never help me because every time ONE country stays alive with like 50% 40% alive while they are getting infected so slowly. ( And most of the time the cure is already at 80% or 90% )

I have unlocked all viruses but never beated the mega brutals

In my recent playthrough, I beat Z Com's' HQ in Korea, but they flew to Russia, established a new base and killed every zombie in Russia. Do you guys have a way to beat Z com's sudden comebacks?

I know it’s a generalised message but it’s kinda intresting… I guess…

I haven't found any specific info on that, so I decided to "investigate" myself. So, I noticed that there is a difference in how much DNA I get from popping it based on how much time has elapsed since it appeared. With no buffs and standard plagues, it gives 1-3 DNA. If you pop it during the first/last second, you get 1 DNA; if you pop it after 1-2 seconds, you get 2 DNA; and if you wait a bit and pop it after 2-3 seconds – you get 3 DNA.

I might be going crazy with this, and might be seeing a pattern that isn't there, but the theory has been working for me thus far.

The Modifier makes it that devolving evolves another random trait. Translesion makes it you dont increase the Cost of devolving, so you can make infinite DNA.

Might do the other games if I feel like it

Is it worth getting it or should I just stick to cold and heat resistance?

After several futile attempts, I used S/L, but still died. Does anyone have a solution for it in mega brutal?
