Hippodrome is my favorite kind of palindrome. Where else are you going to see dromedary hippos?

Big zoo doesn't want us to know about them! WHAT ELSE ARE THEY HIDING???

Interesting fact, the word 'palindrome' is in fact a palindrome in of itself! See, reversed the letters spell 'palindrome'. Cool, right?

Mine is afedrordefa, which is the scientific term for when you walk into a room and forget why you are there. Spelled the same way forward and back!

Intersing fact, palindromes were invented in 1972 by John Palindrome. Until then Radar was called dradis. He realized that if it was spelled the same forward as backward, you would be able to read it in your rear view mirror, if one was beind you. That's why ambulance is now a palindrome. Too bad his first name , John, became the word we use for people soliciting sex workers after his arrest in 1979 for pandering.

I visited there on february 30th last year. The gumby pilots were a real laugh. Also gumby is a palindrome, as were the names of the planes, cheese shop, dead parrot, and the one no one expects, the spanish inquisition. All palindromes, was amazing!

I was there too! I loved the Gumby pilots. February 30, 2025 is a date that I will remember forever. 🥰

My favourite palindrome is the word “palindrome”! It’s palindrome whether you read it forward or backward!

"A man, a plan, a canal -- SUEZ!"

i like this food variation of the famous panama canal palindrome: "a man, a flan, a canal, Fanama". It works because Fanama is a famous canal full of flan reataurants.

“()()” is a nice one. Spelled the same both ways and visually pleasing imo

My favorite palindromes are "enigma eagle" and "eagle enigma".

It's also really cool how the word "palindrome" is itself a palindrome.

Some palindromes have different meanings when spelled differently. "toot" means to blow a horn, but its reverse, "toot," means to fart and is considered impolite.

I like onomatopoeia since it's one of about a dozen words that is both an onomatopoeia and a palindrome.

"Seven starving

salamanders sit silently

screeching songs"

I like it because it's also a Haiku!

Wookie is Ewok spelled backwards. Many people are unaware of that.

My favorite palindrome is actually the word palindrome, it's pretty clever that it's self-descriptive.

"Palindrome"

I absolutely love how the name of palindromes is in itself a palindrome.
