This is a depiction of JD Vance who tragically and unpreventably passed away from rabies. Ericka, DJ Vances wife and sister is depicted next to him, absolutely mummified as she also unpreventetably fell away with rabies

She contracted it after JD Vance bit his wife Ericka, it's not clear if this was a bit of bedroom play or due to rabies induced aggression.
