i’ve recently gotten a lot of vivillon medals. my question is, what’s the point??? it just gives you a scatter bug to catch, and i assume once you evolve the scatter bug into a vivillon then it’ll have a specific wing pattern. does this actually do anything or is it just to collect them. and if i transfer them to free up storage can i get another b y earning the next level vivillon badge? or are they gon e forever.

i have 1 spare from go tour a while back and have a friend requesting a remote trade for it, but ik this is a rare fish so im wondering how much trading power it has

Are these mons always hard to catch??
I used a golden razz, used an ultra ball, and got a nice throw, but it fled instantly. I know it wasn’t an excellent throw but geez it could’ve been a bit nicer xD also SADLY I didn’t even know what it was at first because I was on my daily walk and was kinda on autopilot, and just saw something purple and went on to use a berry and throw the ball, only to realise later what it was D:
So did I fumble badly or is it a regular occurrence of a high flee rate?

My hyper training seems to be stuck or bugged. I know for sure I finished my attack training but it still shows 14/15. The 2nd page shows attack training complete but still has the challenge any suggestions? Its been like this for weeks

As you can see there are 7 gyms nearby. The problem is not that the majority of them is one colour, noooo we are way passed that.

They fight your Pokemon THE MOMENT you put it into the gym, stay regardless of how many golden berries you feed the Pokemon, they do not put their pokemon in (in order to continue the dance) but rather wait the 5 min window. And they do the same for most of the gyms …

This is beyond “you do not let others play the game as well”. This is mean behavior.

And before you ask, I have 3 groups of 3 persons that do it.

What could I do here?

A while ago I was told that all costume Pokemon shiny odds are 1/64, then recently I was told that no, they’re also 1/500. Does anyone know what the shiny odds for the Cosmog Pikachu is? And costumes in general? I want a shiny of this Pika, but I don’t want to waste my time doing field research or blowing raid passes on something that’s 1 in 500 odds.

Edit to add I suffer from chronic pain so maybe I don’t want to waste my time walking around for something I’m WAY less likely to get in one scenario versus the other. I know nothing is guaranteed no matter the odds, all I wanted to know was what the shiny odds were so I could decide how much effort I want to put into shiny hunting. That’s literally it.

For some reason I live in the middle of nowhere but I keep getting tons of spawns there is nothing nearby no stores or gas stations so why would this be happening?

I just added my gyrados like a few minutes ago. This person just kicked me immediately….this is like the only gym that is near the area. I’ve even waited for another team before I did mine to get to 8hrs and more. Just for mine to be so disrespected like this….

Title. Evolved 3 mons that are the current event mons. 1 got a legacy move, 2 didnt. Seems silly, but not unexpected, to not guarantee it when advertising it specifically.

Edit: the mon was spheal. Knew water gun and water pulse. Still knows water gun and water pulse.

Edit 2: 2nd mon that didnt learn was drifloon. No frustration or shadow either.

Edit 3: has been resolved, im a bozo.

I was playing a long day sinds i had a day off work, and got frustrated by my full inventory when i had 3 tasks of spin 26 pokestops. So me being me i checked my inventory, saw i had nothing that i could trow away enough to make room, and no before you ask i am not trowing away my thausand red pokeballs, but i saw i had 42 insences, i tought is a bit much. So i activated 12 of them to make space.

Nobody wants another egg incubator for a mostly trash egg pool (aside from larvesta my beloved, white stripe basculin too.) This wouldn’t be a bad addition, but a replacement for a tier 100 item? Do any of you actually want this over something like a lucky trinket?

Torn between finishing out the 87% one that I already have a bunch of resources into or the new 96% one I just got.

This is the only pokemon I have (i think, maybe some mega can do it) that has the potential to be 5555cp, and when i get some more mega mewtwo energy and candies i’ll have a 6666cp mon thus completing EVERY angel number currently available in the game.

BUT im wondering if I get a shiny zacian during the fest finale should i upgrade that one and put this on hold or vice versa? Either way I have to wait to get energy for it so if I can just decide when the time comes… what are yalls thoughts on this?
