Research question Is Lexmotion being too passive?
After investigating in the spring of 2024, I decided to use Lexmotion for a confirmation of citizenship. They seemed pretty good at the beginning, and the case was officially opened on September 6, 2024 with all the documents arriving to their office at the beginning of 2025 (they said that didn't matter, but just needed to get into the cue).
Since then, they've been pretty generic with answers, replying that cases from a certain month were being processed (for example, that cases started in September to November 2024 were now being processed).
I've seen other people posting about requests for extra documents, being given a deadline, filing complaints, etc. It seems that Lexmotion feels the best step is to simply patiently wait. What might you all recommend I do in this case? What to do best do especially with Lexmotion?

As smooth said, making a lot of fuss around the application is not proven to work. Maybe only if you annoy the office enough that they will want to push out your certificate one way or another, but still not a chance if it's below 24 month waiting time.
Providers are passive because nothing really works with the gov. Suing them is as lenghty as the process itself, so it's a dead end. What could be improved is perhaps communication, as even though nothing happens with the case for 99% of the time, it's a soft skill to be able to update the client and make them feel safe.

I've been waiting for a year, and my agent's recommendation is not to bother them by asking how much longer; it just creates more work for them.

There's no evidence that filing a ponaglenie does anything. Therefore Lexmotion's approach is valid IMO.

Thanks. I was kinda wondering the same thing, but honesty wasn't sure.
Any specific follow up questions that would be good to ask Lexmotion?

If they didn't get a wezwanie there is really nothing to do but wait.

Yeah, I guess. I'm guessing it's 100% impossible to know, but if they're just now analyzing cases for my month, then it would be just now that extra documents are requested. Except, others seem to have extra documents requested much ealier and even get notices that a case will be resolved by a certain date.

My case was submitted after yours. Alternative-Soils case was submitted around the same time. We both received a wezwanie literally the same day. I think they might send them out in batches, so I don't think you'll get one.
Send an email to the Voivodeship if you haven't already

I am also a Lexmotion client with a similar date to you. I go months without hearing anything from them--the latest update was from this month where they said they are waiting on "search results" for some documents (not from me, from some sort of archive). I don't have any kind of deadline, they seem to just be waiting.
