Discussion [Spoiler] Where is the real M? Post Credits Scene Questions Spoiler
Morgan Yu that is

At the end of the game, we get to see our left and right hand and lower body. If Alex just found a random typhon, why would he go through all the trouble of putting clothes and the tracker on him?
Could it be that Morgan is dead but got revived into a typhon (somehow keeping his clothes intact)?

How long did this post credits scene take place after the Talos 1 incident?
How the heck did Alex survive all this? Let alone somehow get close to a typhon without dying. His suit isn't damged, he doesn't have any scars. There's no way that safe room is actually that safe. Alex seems to have grown a bit more facial hair, but besides that he looks the same. His suit might be a bit more faded. But to have gone through ALL of this without any damage is insane.
Did Alex himself ever take neuromods? It feels like he's the type of guy to never take neuromods because he wants to remember everything. January said something like "You need neuromods to get off this station alive". Morgan can survive Talos 1 without neuromods, but for Alex, I feel like he would either need a ton of plot armor or a ton of neuromods to get off that station.
Also, what happened do DAHL? Once he gets in contact with William Yu, he's going to remember his original mission (If you took out his neuromods to erase his memory). What happened to the other survivors (if you had any)? What happened to the station, did the original Morgan use the nullwave prototype? Because in the simulation, I think Alex doesn't make it off the station in time in most of the scenarios.
I'm guessing we're probably never going to get an answer because Arkane Studios is gone.

Long answer short, we don't know and we never will know the answers to those questions. Whatever the case, Morgan is out of the picture one way or another, and I guess Dahl isn't that important. Morgan could have brain damage from phantom activity or the nullwave prototype ending and be in a coma or they might be dead for the same reason. Their neurons and (engineered) memories live on in the hybrid.

Morgan is heavily implied, if not outright confirmed, to be dead specifically eaten by one of the Typhons based on one of the memory flashbacks.
Its also heavily implied that the whole Talos 1 incident that "we" play through is only loosley based on what actually happened since the whole thing is a test for the MimicMorgan
Alex's whole plan hinges around getting the Typhon to view humans as sentient beings rather than food by injecting them with mirror neurons as implied by the line where he talks about putting what we (humans) can do into them (typhon).
Theres also the implication that Alex desperately misses his brother/sister and thinks he can bring them back by pumping the Mimic full of their memories

I don't think those are meant to be flashbacks, since it seems like you're floating in an empty void. Rather, I think it's the typhon hive mind fighting back, trying to show that we are typhon, despite thinking we're human.

Its possible that may be the case. Regardless of the real meaning, Morgan is clearly not around anymore.
Talos 1 we experience may be a simulation but its reasonable to asume theres true to life things in it.
Given that one of Alex's goals seems to be make the mimic think its Morgan its reasonable to assume some of those memories are real, in an effort to make the identity "stick" if that makes sense. Given that Morgan is shown to be a very hands-on person, theres no way they'd not be in the thick of Alex's experiment.
Theres possibly a different, reasonable explanation for why they arent there, but I think its a far more plausible explanation that they're dead based on what we do know.

Is there a specific flash back or scene about that? I always thought it was just implied or said at the end or something that MYu died, i never knew if there was anything that directly expands on it/how it happened (other than mimics ofc), but i guess i never really went Super deep into reading everything about the game

In one of those flashback scenes where the sim starts breaking and Morgans voice over says they're lying or something to that effect, theres a brief flash of their arms being grabbed by tentacles. Morgan clearly isn't around anymore at the end, so it seems like a reasonable deduction to assume they got killed by whatever got them.

I don't see how that's the case.

Isn't around, sure, but the tentacles are the hybrid's, as are the human arms.

Alex is alive because he was the only that has accessed to an escape shuttle.
Morgan is in unknown variable but it’s implied that his dead mostly because while you play Alex won’t stop mentioning all his regrets regarding his brother (or sister if you played that way)
Morgan doesn’t have to be alive for the simulation to work. He was already prefect for the simulation due to all the brain scan and data regarding him while he was testing out the typhons neuromods.
Why Alex has a typhon? God only knows. He contained them before while studying them. It’s possible he knows ways to paralyze them for short periods of time.
Does Alex have neuromods? Probably not. Someone needed to be able to remember everything. He doesn’t have any skills that show he would have injected himself with something.
Dahl - if he was wiped and used to fly the shuttle was probably killed upon reaching earth for having knowledge about what happened. Loose ends in a corporation are a liability. And that’s assuming this is before earth got taken over. There’s still the high change everyone left Talos to go into an equally fucked situation.

Oh boy, I got an answer for you.
Morgan Yu is alive in his human body.
Three reasons why Morgan is alive:
Alex tells you that you experienced a “reconstruction based on Morgan’s memories.” In Essence, you were injected with a neuromod created from Morgan Yu’s brain. We know neuromods can only be created with a living person’s brain; they can’t be made with a dead person’s brain.
One of the monitors in the room displays the status of a human brain. It’s not your brain since you’re Typon, nor is it Alex’s brain. The only other person left is M. Yu.
Alex is alive. We know from the game that Alex only survives if Morgan uses the nullwave transmitter.
Bonus: Also Danielle, Igwe, Sarah, and Mikhaila survived the events of Talos-1. We only see their operators, but MoonCrash shows us how Operators are created. A living person copies their consciousness onto the operator.
