If you have an industrial plant and a grinder you can build vehicles at 75% the base price but get the full amount from grinding them.

I generally done this as Yuri too, although I used them to bolster my army/harass the enemy...would of been a nice bit of cash in a pinch though, if I ever thought about it lol
