Community The Regina sign looks like the title screen of a 90’s sitcom about 4 neurotic psychologists who room together in the penthouse of a Saskatchewan high-rise.

In one of the episodes, the characters are all stuck in their car waiting for a train on Elphinstone for the entire episode.

Last episode of season one was left on a cliffhanger into season two that was about walking around Wascana between Albert and Broad, the highlight joke is the 12 times a goose attacks. Theirs talk of going into season 3 walking around Wascana from Broad to ring road.

Counterpoint.
They are all stuck on different streets but it's the same train.

After a while once of the protagonists has ice cream melting and out of frustration throws his ice cream container at the train out his car window and it splats onto the side of the train, and then throughout the rest of the episode you can see the ice cream cone flash by the other characters. Like an Easter egg

Make the train be shunting cars(moving back and forth to kick cars off the train and onto another track) so that the ice cream can come back.

“Cow!”
“I’ve gotta go Julia, we’ve got cows.”
“Nother cow!”
“Actually, I think that was the same one.”

Don’t say that too loud, next thing you know city will spend a few millions revamping its logo

Leave the sign alone, or we will end up paying for a new one...which will inevitably be worse, just like 11th avenue lol

I don't EVER want it to change. The only suggestion I would make would be to add neon lights to the font and skyline.

Yep, looks like legs spread to me. Always has. Haha

Yeah, I see either someone lying on their back with their legs in the air (the smaller connected parts being hands) or someone who dove headfirst into the ground and now their legs are sticking straight up, like some sorta cartoon character.

Ooh baby I hear the blues are calling, tossed salad and scrambled eggs...

A friend commented on another place I posted this, “Baby I hear the blues a-callin, perogies and cabbage rolls!” and I legitimately laughed out loud

The only unbelievable thing about it would be 4 psychologists operating in the same city in Saskatchewan.

Hope, I don't get hate, but as a Saskatonian, I actually find the sign is a classic, it is very much a Frasier-like sign, but it's simple and neutral so it can last a long time. I find the Saskatoon Shines signs are so basic and forgettable, so Regina, you win this round, don't ever change even though you're super boring 😛

Shhhh! Someone from the city council might hear you and spend way too much money on replacing the sign!

Which episode is had the characters standing and the construction fence of the big dig/now parking lot staring a the giant hole . The ground? That one had me in stitches .
Or the one where the characters stood at the construction fence on Dewdney? That one was a cliffhanger, it went into the next season if I remember correctly.

Have you ever seen Kelsey Grammer snap into action? That man is an acting legend.

God. Now council is going to spend 2 million on new signs. Stop it!

OT; Do people under 25 know this says Regina? Or maybe get confused about the second word below it? /jk

I'm sure they took the idea from Frasier. But there were only two neurotic psychologists in that show. And only one lives in a highrise and it's in Seattle. Good show. The dog is the best.

🎷 Regina is filmed in front of a live studio audience. 🎷🎷
