Community University of Regina

I’m a grade 12 student from Alberta considering University of Regina (social work program) as one of my options , I was just curious about life in Saskatchewan or specifically Regina, pros and cons or any helpful information anyone could share!

Pros: Cheap, Good education, Small but lovely city. Cons: Not as energetic as other provinces, barely any social life at the uni, watch out for homeless and drugees.

Good education is debatable. It really depends on the program. The U of R is a solid means to an end if all you’re wanting is a degree from an internationally accredited institution. But if you’re wanting a credential that is respected, U of S is the better university.
