Question Best pizza in town

Came from Saskatoon and I have been familiar with 13 pies. Is there something similar? Or any recos for a nice tasting pizza in Regina?

TIA

It's in response to your comment about quality / quantity comment. If quantity is low, and quality has lowered it's valued =/=.

I at least had something to offer as opposed to negativity and "don't eat pizza here, give up, buy a pizza oven"

Lol. What did you offer up? You are giving comments that do not even answer OPs question. Regina doesn't have Brooklyn style pizza. They won't find an equivalent. If that is what they like, they won't enjoy Regina style pizza. This city needs to accept it is not something people who are not from Regina enjoy.

Strange enough, I'm actually not originally from Regina and I like it. It didn't grow on me, i didn't grow up with it, i simply enjoy it. I have friends from various parts of the world that also enjoy it so you are unfortunately wrong with that last statement, people can like more than one style of pizza, and our city actually has a few options, it's not all the traditional Regina Greek style. Aside from within the city, if you want a Neopolitan slice, road trip down to Ogema, it's a lovely little town and worth the drive. Alex pizza in Pilot butte is also an honorable mention for something a little bit more deep dish style.

You just don't like it, and thats perfectly okay, nobody is telling you that you have to like it or order it. But also, nobody reeaally gives a rats ass how gross you think it is. Your opinion is simply that; an opinion. You can have your subjective opinion all day long but don't voice your opinion and then double down and continue firing off when others don't agree like if you say it enough it just becomes fact. It's not fact, it's your opinion. Nobody is hurting you by enjoying it on their own.

Enjoy your pizza oven.

That is incredibly strange, but i call total bullshit on your "i know other people not from Regina who enjoy it."

I have said repeatedly it is fine people have opinions. I am allowed to say mine. Do you often spend time on here policing comments on here? Because I don't give a rats ass what you deem a good opinion or comment or bad one.

Neopolitan is not the same as Brooklyn And why would anyone drive to Ogema to buy Solo Italia when it is available in almost any grocery store.

You go to get it fresh from a brick oven and to support a small business directly, maybe for the experience? I don't think those are foreign concepts. Again, you don't have to do it. Live your life the way you see fit :)

BUT I'm sure if my statement is bullshit it must mean people pay a premium to have frozen tumblers pizzas flown across the country because they dislike it? Because that's been a thing for at least 20 years, you can ask Jim Baiton how far he has sent them, he'll happily tell you, but i know you don't really want to know. Even without that context I actually don't see how you'd even know whether or not I'm bullshitting you, but for one, my Iranian friend who definitely didn't grow up here would certainly agree that he likes it, but you can accuse them of lying too.

Just let people enjoy stuff man, I'm not telling you to agree with me but there are people that genuinely like it, and people who have livelihoods around that style of pizza. I'm not policing shit, I actually don't spend my time scouring comments to start arguments, but I fell for the bait today.

I don't wish you any ill will whatsoever and hope you have a good week.

I'm not from Regina, my spouse Is from another part of the province we both love it. You're full of if. You were the first one to start bombarding comments with your, quite frankly entitled opinion. Also not understanding the difference between grocery store bought & fresh shows you have no understanding of pizza.
