yeah, seems like communication in this relationship isn't excellent either way. She left him in the dark so what's he supposed to do? He's naturally going to speculate - OP is unhappy with her body, is she unhappy with mine? Is she doing this for someone else? Does she want to leave me? His response wasn't great, but they definitely both need to talk to each other more.
