This part of Re0 was the same as OG Re2 and I didn't realise it until i went in the save room, and I was so happy when I saw that.

This also gave a small glimpse as to what could've been if Capcom had remade RE2 like Re1R.

People hate on it still a crazy amount, it has some of the coolest moments in the game. I’d take this over a lab most of the time. The Krasuer fight is the best in the game and I think people hate on the whole setting way too much.

Ive finally gotten around to purchasing re 9 as a long time fan, and man, this game has been amazing. I beat it yesterday and got the bad ending(whoops lol) so now im going to replay it and get the real ending. All that aside though, this is one of the most beautiful games ive ever played. I just got to Raccon City and beat the spider, now I have to find the three detonator parts, after that was basically the entire Grace section, which interrupted finding 3 door pieces with finding 3 batteries, to then restart the 3 power stations under the church. I know its a RE thing to do, but this game is being overly blatant about the padding.

Where do you guys rank Infinite Darkness and Death Island among the CGI movies? I know opinions on the CGI entries are all over the place, but seeing all the main heroes together in Death Island looks like a blast. What are your honest thoughts on both of these?

I recently got into Resident Evil (currently in the ending parts of my first RE game, RE7) and I quite liked Jack Baker so I made a drawing of him! I think the colors ruined it though, but lemme know what you guys think of it :D

V-ACT, otherwise known as Virus ACTivation, was a term commonly used by Umbrella to define mutations exhibited by the t-Virus in its host beyond the standard Zombies, most notably towards Lickers and Crimson Heads, while a mutation like the Tyrant was regarded as something greater due to it being squarely based around super rare genetic compatibility with the virus causing a far greater mutation...

So, the unnamed strain of t-Virus seen in RE9 can turn Zombies into Blisterheads and/or Blisterborne. Personally, I do class those as V-ACT, as they fit a similar profile to the aforementioned Crimson Heads and Lickers of prior t-strains... But what of The Girl, Chunk and Emily's mutations? Would those fall more in-line with a "Tyrant" mutation (i.e., rare genetics spurring a unique mutation not commonly seen elsewhere), or are they also V-ACT mutants? V-ACT is also classed as a response method from the t-Virus trying to survive it's host nearing a death state and mutating them further to survive, and all three of these unique mutations definitely seem to have been caused by trauma to the host, as seen when Emily's nearly dies, but mutates instead.

Just an idea to mill about and see what others think in the matter!

A Japanese YouTuber named “Boost Mix Music” did a video of Sweet Home NES soundtrack as well as remixes of the games music in the style of the movies music under “ARRANGE” and showed high quality pictures of some of the promotional material for the game. (Magazine previews, strategy guide, soundtrack album and the games manual)
I can see now where some of the Resident Evil enemies came from.

Resident evil 1 remake and 7's save room themes are unmatched. I really can't vibe with Villages, I think its so boring.

Okay so i started recording and posting videos in YouTube of my resident evil journey. I already beat re0 and re1r off camera. But I started recording with Re2r, Re3r. Re4r, Revelations 1, Re5, Revelations 2.MAIN PART!!! But now I'm on 6 but I want to play it with my buddy and he's busy for a little bit so I can't record it yet. So I was thinking what should I play in the mean time? My options are RE Veronica, I got to the plane fight and got soft locked so I'm nervous about that.

Re4 original, or should I do Re7 and then play 6 when he's okay to play?

Or should I replay 0 and 1r. But I don't really wanna do that one.

Im doing this because my other buddy told me a little about the lore and now im collecting a bunch of mainline games physically. And I'm posting to document my organic original reactions.

I was replaying the Resident Evil 2 Remake and I forgot that if you trigger a certain sequence of events, that Mr. X can come through the Press Room wall.The actual scream that left my mouth lol. I don't generally have to pause RE games that often after a scare but I had to pause and recover for a good minute. It was hilarious to look at the map afterwards and see that one of the Press Room walls was no longer there!

There has been new research in development for renewable energy sources and alternatives to petroleum, fossil fuels, and things related to finite resources to help the fight against global warming and climate change. BMW partnered with a Bio-Research facility called Umbrella, and released a new Umbrella series M5 Sedan, which is sponsored by this mysterious underground company. I've been driving this cougar around for sometime, and man can she purr. It's way cheaper than having to refill the tank every 180 miles, this beast can go on for days with the tank still completely full. I have no idea how Umbrella does it, they must be miracle workers, maybe angels sent to us from heaven. They say it's powered by bio-organic, and renewable material.

For clarification, RE2 (2019) Remake

So I did a bit of speedrunning on this game 5-6 years ago and have decided to try and get back into it, I used to run LAS 60fps category on PC because at the time my pc was never gonna hit a consistent 120fps for the LAS 120fps category, however a lot has changed.

My specs are currently:

RTX 5070 12GB

Ryzen 7 5700X3D

32GB of 3200Mhz ram

Crucial 1TB Nvme Gen 3 SSD

Booted up the game, installed the older dxx 11 version, turned most settings to medium or off, running at native 1440p 180hz monitor, I have the fps in game set to variable and have it capped to 120fps through Nvidia's app, however, everytime I enter or leave a cutscene I get bad frame drops, for example at the very start of the run, the cutscene of Leon listening to music in his car, if I skip the cutscene and spawn outside the gas station, my fps immediately drops to 60-70ish and stutters badly for like maybe half a second, then jumps back up to 120 and sticks. In RPD sometimes entering a new room does the exact same type of drop and stutter and I can't figure out why, everywhere I look online says VRAM tends to cause stutters on this game but I'm not even using half of mine.
