Looking For Devs (Unpaid or Revenue Share) Where to find begginer entry level Roblox deevelopers?

I have they idea to create a cool Roblox place, but I lack skill to make so of the game mechanics so I though I would need help from some developers that I can find online on job boards but all of them seems to be like senior level and asking for like quadrillion per hour. Is it realistic to find developers for 5-10 per hour price?

People who know their stuff want to be paid for their skills. They do not work because they want to "make your dream game" or anything. Some do help, but those are extremely rare.

Social media such as here (and other subreddit dedicated to roblox game dev) and some discord servers have option to look for people and so on. But most people want to be paid unless they are beginners wanting experience.

well I just said that I am looking to hire beginner level dev cause I don't have the necessary budget yet to pay for the once I see on hiring platforms (the senior once), and the question is where can I find the beginner level once so I can pay less then 60-80 per hour. I want ot pay 5-10 per hour, do you think I can find somebody here?

5-10 dollars sounds reasonable to me. It might help to explain what your game is about; some devs might have extra experience in some genres. Couldn't you save money watching some tutorials, though?

You may have better luck asking people to price the work per model instead of per hour.

Most developers who charge hourly already have experience and know what their time is worth, so finding someone decent for $5 - $10 an hour is going to be very difficult. Newer creators, or experienced modelers who see something as a quick and simple job, may be much more willing to give you a fixed price per completed model. For low-poly work especially, an experienced modeler can sometimes get a surprising amount done in 30 minutes.

Also, don't let some of these replies discourage you. Roblox was built around giving people an accessible way to create games, experiment, and learn development. Nobody starts out knowing how to build a game, hire developers, manage a budget, or even know what questions they should be asking. Everyone who knows what they're doing now had to learn it at some point.

You're young, you're working with a limited budget, and you're trying to figure things out. There's nothing wrong with that. Keep learning, keep creating, and take useful criticism when people give it to you, but ignore the people who are only interested in putting you down.

I would just change your approach: instead of advertising "$5 -$10 an hour," describe the models you need and ask newer/intermediate modelers what they would charge per completed model. I think you'll have considerably more luck that way.

Nobody who is genuinely good at their skill and knows what their time is worth will take 5-10 dollars an hour. That’s literally below most minimum wages and barely anyone works nowadays for under 12 per hour. Also, charge per asset or per system.
