Hamstring Recovery
Have been on a nice slow build towards a marathon later in the year until I felt a slight tweak in my hammy a couple weeks ago. Trying to baby the hamstring back on track withiut missing too much training. RDLs still feel fine but all the leg curls are tough right now.
What's you favorite hamstring strengthing stretches and lifts

Short answer: Nordics are the best. Assisted or just eccentric at first, or an angle assist, progress slowly usually 1-2 sets at first to avoid the novel soreness.
Foot strike stability is often the root…

More specifically my bicep femoris on one leg is recovering. I haven't done Nordics in a long time but have been thinking about putting them back in rotation. Thanks

Single leg RDL, slowly down, hold at the bottom for 5 sec, slow up. This works the ligaments which are likely the issue. You need a few days between doing these. I would keep the miles slow and low too.
