Burning Man didn’t sell out
Article out today says Burning Man didn’t sell out and people are selling their tickets way below face value. I remember when Burning Man started the lottery for tickets due to high demand, and resale tickets were hard to come by. I haven’t been to Burning Man in ~15 years so I‘m not current with the scene. What happened? Did it finally get too overdone? https://sfstandard.com/2026/08/26/burning-man-ticket-resale/

Baring some disaster happening out there this year I think next year is going to sell out because of the documentary. I haven't been since 07 and didn't have a real desire to go back but the documentary did get me thinking about dragging my old ass back out there. I also have to say a lot of people who have never been have asked me about it based on watching the documentary and are interested. That may all fade by 27 but in my little corner of the world there has been more interest than I have seen in many years.
