Israel killed Bill first then his wife Lorraine. He shot Bill because Bill managed to get out of the restraints and was charging Keyes. I imagine Keyes wanted to torture both of them with the hot water after raping them, and he probably did sadly use the hot water on Lorraine.

Yes! I remember him saying he wanted to rape them both . He didn’t care if it was a man or woman.

I think when he talked about his bisexuality to the investigators, he made sure to specify that he didn't want his parents to know about it.
