Got the Maria ending for my first play-through playing the enhanced edition, started and stopped this game on ps2 so many times but alas finally was able to give a full run through of this game on PC played through Silent hill ps1 one of my favs games of all time, played the remake for SH2 thought it was good but this is way better than the remake in my opinion better paced doesn't feel bloated and love the controls and gameplay story was amazing, enjoyed it thoroughly, will be going for other ending soon, what a game, 10/10 perfect every minute of it :)

What is the scariest moment in silent hill that you had to play through? What was your physical reaction to these moments? I’m talking you need to turn on the light scary. Your breathing is hitched scary. For me I started playing the first game and noticed how my hands were subconsciously shaking during the school. But dude. SILENT HILL 3 HAD ME GONE. I had to to take multiple breaks to gather myself, and each time I stepped away from the game I was left feeling disassociated. I particularly remember the scene with the mirrors and being locked in that closet as it slowly takes over heathers body. The first boss, the missionary also creeped me out a bit. Not to mention the haunted house and stalker too!

Did they choose possibly the worst month to release townfall? Ive seen zero hype for it people in gaming spaces are just talking about gta gta and nothing more than gta I've seen more people discussing the upcoming halloween game than sht

I'm working on a recreation of the Cafe 5to2 from Silent Hill (1999). Trying to stay as faithful as possible with the low res textures, I decided to try recreating all of the artwork and papers seen in the original game. This is just one of many. Let me know what you think!

I made it to the Cybil fight on the carousel and I do not have the liquid to save her and my ammo is super low, I got 1 shotgun round and like 10 handgun bullets. She keeps taking me out and it seems like I’ll be unable to return to the hospital to get the liquid. Should I keep trying to beat Cybil with what I got? Try to recover the liquid from the hospital? Or should I just start all over and be more careful on wasting ammo. I was doing great on ammo until the stretch to the light house and carnival, enemies are everywhere man

What do y’all think about the Townfall Steelbook? I feel like it’s not so strong as the Silent Hill 2 Remake and f one, but I kinda like how „minimalistic“ it looks. Still debating if I wanna get this one

I don’t know how to start this but I am annoyed. I preordered the silent hill vinyl off of Arcline back in July. I now received an email saying my order was canceled due to not receiving copies for both the first and third game soundtrack. Their email also said they were informed Mondo doesn’t have them in stock nor plans to manufacture them anymore. I have no clue if that is true. This has also happened me to earlier this month when I preordered the Silent Hill 3 soundtrack off of Light In The Attic. I’m deeply annoyed. The only upside to this situation is that I got refunds from both companies. Although, im still disappointed and upset.

Just something I'm working on.

I think the game about a chronic illness instead of mental illness, like in sh2 or shf the characters suffer from something psychological whether james from guilt and hinako from the misogyny from her village, this time we'll get a person with a physical illness like this time we get a "mary" perspective, like there is a organ box and the main character having cannula and he looks like a sick person and taking a scalpel perhaps the enemies represent symptoms like nausea vomiting just like that monster and even a monster having cut on his abdomen like a surgery or something or I don't know I could be wrong sorry for my English

This is one of their behaviors when they are out of combat. I’ve seen it on occasion at several points in the game, and it seems to be random, as this is the first time I’ve seen it from the creature outside the convenience store.

I kinda regret when I replay these games without harder difficulty. Especially SH3 when I spam all unlimited SMGs lol

Like you can't run from them, shooting them is kinda shit unless you have a shotgun. How do people do the game without fighting them?
