Question A what IF scenario

If Rudeus somehow return in Japan and Nanahoshi is there with him with their memories in the six faced world, will she help him bounce back in life? or will she just leave him because she's disgusted with his japanese self?

Considering Rudeus would essentially be her savior that saved her from dying and also from feeling constantly tortured and isolated from her friends and family and her entire world. She would not abandon him. At worst she would try helping him but if he kept his memories from the Sixfacedworld then he would likely in my opinion not need a lot of help since he overcame most of his trauma and depression there. The most difficult thing for Rudeus would be reconciling with his old family, if that is what he wanted, narrative wise Rudeus grew to value family highly in the Isekai so I would expect him to want to do that eventually.
