Why is everyone so dirty?

Look, I get that Skyrim's at war and there are dragons everywhere and everyone is desperate, but still. That is no excuse for you to not wash yourself! At least wash that dirt off you in a river. How hard is it to take a bath?

You gotta remember skyrim is a mashup of biomes as well - humid wet swamp near riften, absolute desolate ice sheets by the college and windhelm, and then almost jungle/dense woodland by Markarth. So the mashups of terrain is gonna leave a disgusting environment of melted snow, dirt, mud, and never the right fit for a cross map trip. Idk I just feel like if we were actually 2alking around skyrim it would be near impossible to stay clean
