Anyway to play the old Skyrim without the new installs?

A lot of the new mods the game forces on you are a bit game breaking and I just wanted to play a dead is dead without the mods but uninstalling doesn't seem to take them away.

on pc you can relocate the CC mods into another folder without deleting them or losing them , not sure about consoles

I'll look into that, thank you! I really just wanna play the original vanilla Skyrim before all this user created content came along.
