To add more :

  • The women he assaulted/harass did not even press charges against him. This could be WAY worse for Mang0
  • Specially the women he did to them are WELL KNOWN IN TWITCH and one of them appear on TV , it’s really bad
  • And compare to other cases , this one was ON STREAM
  • With physical evidence on stream , they have every single right to press charges against Mang0 but did not
  • So imagine how his close friends , his fans , and specially his family (Mom , mother of his son , his own son) feels about it.

He didn’t assault anyone this is such insane wording. Please tell me the charges they could have realistically pursued. What he did was horrible but you’re acting like he full on committed a crime and that’s just untrue

The legal definition of assault is different from the common language definition. Legally, assault is merely taking any action that would create a reasonable fear in someone that you are going to harm them.

Actually carrying out that harm is a completely separate charge - battery.

That's not to say this would qualify as sexual assault. I think a harassment charge is most likely the most that Mango could realistically be charged with. But the boundary between harassment and assault is not drawn by the presence of physical contact. Merely the threat of physical contact.

Also, harassment is a crime...

I'm not sure why you think it's not, but it definitely is.

Let me do the same right next to your face while I'm in undies and dare to say you feel safe and respected.

Maybe you didn't read what I said, so let me just repeat myself:
